Mud management for horses! - Freedom Point Farm is a small family business based in southern Oregon and offers horse and livestock owners an easy to install, affordable and permanent mud management solution. We have been an original distributor for Lighthoof™ Equine since early 2013. What is Lighthoof? It's the affordable new alternative to hard plastic mud-management products! Lighthoof™ is a cellular confinement product that is new to the equestrian world yet has already proved to be desirable for the safety and health for all of our horses! These panels are very easy to install and if you wish, complete one section of your area now and expand the area at a later date. It is flexible and weight bearing! Site preparation is minimal which helps keep the overall project costs lower! Unique in the fact that it can be installed over existing mud, grass and on hillside paddocks. It is safe for the environment and truly is a permanent mud solution for all of your horse areas. ♦ Most of us have read or studied the proper steps to take for our horse yards, but have you ever noticed that after you have done the work of those normal steps to fill your horse areas with gravel and surface material and have done your daily manure cleaning, you then notice those huge truck loads shift around and magically disappear to large holes and mud?
